The Citterio collection, signed by Antonio Citterio and Sergio Brioschi, summarize the soft line of ceramics, which seems to have been carved by water, with the rationality of the forms of furniture and furnishing components with a precise aesthetic idea. An environment of rigorous beauty where the tangible consistency of the materials meets with the abstract purity of the design. Italian manufacturer: Pozzi-Ginori
Pozzi-Ginori is synonymous with the history of art and Italian design of bathroom porcelain. Its noble origins date back to 1735, when the Marquis Carlo Ginori started the creation of beautiful artifacts in a type of ceramic that was once called white gold. His Doccia factory, northwest of Florence, soon became one of the highest in Europe.
With the time Ginori met the merger with other ceramic manufactory, including the Pozzi. Each of these has marked important steps in the company's history, contributing with wisdom to the development of an Italian technology in the design and production of unique porcelain sanitary products.
There are many names of important designers who have worked with the company over the years: Giò Ponti, Guido Andlovitz, Studio Nizzoli, Le Corbusier, Giovanni Gariboldi, Antonia Campi, Gae Aulenti, Paolo Tilche, Matteo Thun and Antonio Citterio. In 1993 Pozzi-Ginori enters Sanitec and continues its great tradition with unchanged constant innovation capacity.
Since 2015, Pozzi-Ginori is part of the Gebereit group, one of the leading European companies in the field of sanitary products operating globally. It works as an integrated group with a strong local presence in many European countries, providing unique added value when it comes to technology and sanitary products and bathroom ceramics.
Choosing a Pozzi-Ginori product for bathroom furniture means ensuring quality, functionality and design.
