The peculiarity of this radiator lies in
the creation of the corten effect which releases the characteristic rust brown color and makes each single product unique and inimitable. The processing of this particular effect takes place through some specific steps that require dedication and time for the right reactions to take place.
The
realization of the corten effect begins with the drafting of a pigmented paint rich in ferrous aggregates which initiates the transformation of the surface thanks to the nebulization of a contrast substance to activate the pigment reaction.
After a second nebulization phase to reactivate the reaction again, a treatment based on a special paint follows to protect the radiator. The final result that emerges from the processing phases is therefore a surface with the typical uneven color of corten which combines the light and dark of rust for an original and harmonious play of colors.
